This Franke Evolution 2-Step Espresso Machine delivers up to two drinks per minute without sacrificing quality. The AutoSteam delivers perfect milk texture, temperature, and taste every single time. This Espresso Machine features powerful 2.9 liter boiler, automatic cleaning and rinsing program for both coffee and milk delivery systems. It fits most foodservice applications and has been picked by category leaders: QSR, bakery-café, natural markets, casual dining, family dining, cruise, hospitality, contract foodservice and specialty coffee. Its compact design delivers extreme profit-per-square inch of counter space.     Pre-programmed to make a wide variety of espresso beverages, every Franke espresso machine creates delicious drinks without the need for trained baristas. This lessens training costs, while increasing versatility and usefulness.

    Two Step with Autosteam;
    Inside the steam wand there is a temperature sensor that shuts off the steam when a preset temperature is reached. This frees up your operator and prevents under or over-heated drinks, eliminating the need for thermometers.

    Height adjustable dispenser
    Use a variety of cup sizes effectively by simply adjusting the dispenser and increasing your customer's options. This may eliminate your need for shot glasses, increase efficiency, and save the aromatic crema.

    Single touch grinding and brewing
    With one touch of a button, the Franke automatically grinds, doses, tamps, and extracts the perfect shot every time, reducing operator training time and ensuring consistency.

    Automatic rinsing and cleaning program
    The auto rinse cycle flushes out old coffee in the brew chamber and keeps the piston head at the ideal brewing temperature, reminding the operator to drop a cleaning tablet into the unit and press a button to begin the process.
