The Gensaco Mach 2.57-elfa-BR 12 Espresso Machine is designed for the most demanding restaurant and bar situations. It features electronic-automatic delivery and stop, 3/8 inch water inlet and 5/8 inch drain. The Espresso Machine is loaded with a heavy duty copper boiler capable of holding 12 Liters of water. It is equipped with automatic water fill, 1/4 turn steam valves, dual probe to protect the heaters and prevent their accidental burn out, Gicar electronics, Procon pumps, RPM motors, Sirai pressurestats, and Lucifer solenoid valves.
