The Bosch Benvenuto B20 Fully Automatic Espresso Machine is one of the most feature-rich machines on the market for the money. This Swiss work of art makes perfect espresso or coffee in about 30 seconds at the press of a button. The key feature of this machine is gourmet taste and convenience. Bosch has combined convenience with taste through advanced features. These include the exclusive aroma swirl system for maximum flavor extraction, stainless steel boiler, which helps protect against your coffee acquiring a metal taste, precise temperature control for optimum flavor release, and a built-in water filter that completely cleans the water for a pure coffee taste.

Advanced features include programmable brewing options, adjustable coffee strength, the ability to use pre-ground coffee of your choice in addition to coffee beans (useful if you have decaffeinated beans in the hopper, but want a regular espresso/coffee), rapid switching between brewing and steaming functions, an adjustable coffee grinder for fine tuning your espresso/coffee, and an automated cleaning system.

    Advanced Patented AromaSwirl Brewing System
    The AromaSwirl System yields maximum flavor and aroma from the brewing process. This special system combines freshly ground coffee with water that is at the ideal temperature in a pressurized brewing system. The result is coffee and espresso that has been brewed under perfect conditions.

    Automatic Espresso and Coffee Brewing Easy to Operate
    To brew coffee you simply dial in the coffee drink you want and using the other dial you select how strong your coffee selection will be. There are two control knobs and one coffee brew button to master in order to make coffee drinks.

    Built In Half Gallon Water Tank
    The water reservoir can easily be refilled while it is still on the machine or by removing it with the easy-grip handle and filling it at the kitchen tap. The reservoir is made of smoke color ABS plastic so checking the water level is a breeze. When the water runs low, the digital display will remind you when to refill it.

    Coffee Bean Storage Hopper and Internal Dump Box
    The built in lidded coffee been hopper can hold up to half pound of fresh coffee bean. When the coffee grounds are spent, the machine delivers them to the internal dump box, which can hold up to 15 expended coffee portions.

    Stainless Steel Boiler
    The stainless steel boiler features a 1300 watt stainless steel lined thermoblock boiler. Using stainless steel improves coffee flavor and greatly increases the life span of the boiler.

    Adjustable Beverage Dispensing Nozzle
    This coffee dispensing nozzle moves up or down to accept cup sizes up to 4.25 inches high.

    Heated Cup Stacking Surface
    Located on the top of this machine is a heated surface made of non-stick metal that allows you to stack up those espresso cups and keep them toasty.

    Cleaning and Maintenance of Components
    By descaling your machine every two-three months, your machine will last for many trouble-free years. The machine will tell you when its time to activate the self-clean system by displaying a message on the information screen. After adding the cleaner, just press the clean button. The machine will take it from there. Descaling and general cleaning is important even if you have a sophisticated water filter system, and especially if you use well water. Used coffee grounds are collected in the grounds dump box, which can hold up to 15 spent portions of coffee before emptying is required, and a message will appear on screen to let you know it needs to be emptied. Waste water left over from the rinsing cycles is stored in removable drip tray that simply pulls out from the machine and reinsert is seconds. All components such as the used coffee grounds container, drip tray, and water tank can be hand washed with regular soap and water. Bosch espresso machine cleaner can be purchased from Bosch or by calling the support number in your user guide.

    Installation and Accessories
    The Benevenuto is ready to use just by pluging it in.No fuss, no muss, no special plumbing for water intake or discharge and no special electrical outlets are required. Detailed instructions on the optimum care and operation of your machine is included with the purchase along with a replaceable water filter, water hardness test kit, and cleaning tablets.
