This Franke Sinfonia 2-Step Espresso Machine extracts espresso at the touch of a button (step 1) and steams a pitcher of milk at the touch of a button (step 2). With Franke's Autosteam, when the milk reaches your chosen preset temperature, the steam shuts off so there is no need to monitor temperature with a thermometer. This Espresso Machine provides more flexibility with milk options and lends barista authenticity to beverage delivery. It has two boilers - both the brew boiler and steam boiler are stainless steel.
