Featuring dual hoppers and grinders and consistent dosing by volume, the Swift also grinds, doses, and tamps automatically all at the touch of one button. These features increase the amount of throughput that can be achieved while simultaneously reducing coffee waste and saving counter space. In 2000, the Swift won the best new product award at both the Specialty Coffee Association of America and the Coffee Fest Seattle tradeshows. The Swift grinders make it easier to maintain high standards of espresso quality.

It all started in 1927 when the Fratelli Bambi Workshop was set up. Here the first machines were designed, made piece by piece, assembled and then sold.
