This machine is very easy to use. I'm a first time espresso machine owner and i love it! Cleaning is a snap. Only con is that it is a bit noisy but most machines are.

After going through two of the cheapest Gaggia's by having the boiler go out, I decided to spring for a more pricey machine. The only thing I can't rate is the durability of the Saeco. I have only had it for a week, but I absolutely love it. It is fast, and unbelievably easy to use. You can adjust the grind to change the strength of the shot, and additional shots are as simple as pressing the button again--no reloading or cleaning up, the machine does it all! If this machine stands the test of time, it is one of the best investments I have made.
